im trying to help Plantmania find a expo center/big hotel that we can have a plant show... anywhere up to 150 vendors, and about 5000-12000 attendees in the San Antonio area...

We've checked Freeman Arena and they're kinda booked...

Was told to check out the Henry B. Gonzalez convention center. the Alamo Dome and maybe the Botanical Gardens... Im far away in College Station.. I have a Carnivorous Plant nursery called Dart-Nivorous on fb...

so anyone know of other places in the SA area that can fit that description? We just had PLantmania in Austin, and we have Plantcon Dallas and PlantCon Houston in October...

You might try places like Crossroads Mall or Comal County Fairgrounds

needs to be indoors, with ac... this is a very professional setup... not like a farmers market outdoors...
