My 87 year old father needs a new desktop computer. He knows how to work a computer and knows what he uses it for, but doesn't know the details. Does anybody know where we can go and sit down with someone so that he can articulate his requirements?

We need some one-on-one attention.

I bought a laptop from Best Buy and the sales people were fine if he is just looking for something basic.
