Texas A&M University's Mays Business School launched its first ever Flex Online MBA program this fall.
It brings working professionals the global Aggie Network and an interactive cohort-based program to enhance their leadership and business analytics skills. This program is built for professionals who seek to enhance their careers while continuing to work full time.

With a mix of asynchronous and synchronous content students take two classes every eight weeks, completing coursework on their own time and meeting live via Zoom once a week per course to discuss course content, work in teams, and solve business problems.

Before classes begin, students gather in College Station for a required two-and-a-half-day, in-person orientation during which they meet their peers, faculty, and program staff. This introduction to Aggieland is an essential launch point into the program that emphasizes connecting to the Aggie Network and building relationships.

Faculty and staff at Mays Business School define excellence through research impact and student success and that extends to the Flex Online MBA program. Our prestigious faculty teach a cutting-edge curriculum that covers topics around data and technology literacy, such as AI, data-based decision-making, programming, and analytics. Students will leave prepared for the future of business with strong leadership traits and professional skills. Receiving an MBA from Texas A&M University gives students the credentials and professional network to launch their careers to the next level.

Our Flex Online MBA program staff offers a student experience that goes above and beyond to ensure students feel supported from anywhere in the United States. Our services include ordering and shipping books to students, registering them for classes, and supporting any questions or needs the students encounter.

To be eligible for the program, prospective students need a bachelor's degree, evidence of statistical knowledge, and two years of work experience. The initial application process is simple, requiring only a resume and unofficial transcript. Interested individuals may email their documents to FlexOnlineMBA@tamu.edu to begin the process. A response request for GRE/GMAT scores or an invitation to an online interview for admission are typically communicated within two business days. A GRE/GMAT waiver is available and is potentially offered during the admissions interview.

Seats are filling up quickly for the 2025 cohort, so don't hesitate to reach out to admissions if you are interested in investing in your future through furthering your education at Mays Business School.
