Needing a concrete pad for an out building. (10x20)

Does he need to speak English? My concrete guy doesn't, but we manage to communicate nonetheless. I had him replace my driveway in two phases. So far no cracks. You just have to stay on his guys to make sure they don't leave the steel on the bottom. I would not use them for industrial concrete work, but they did a quick and dirty driveway at a reasonable cost.

What was the cost per sqft if you don't mind me asking.

Also looking for a concrete contractor. Have a flagstone sidewalk that I want removed and replaced with concrete. In the Boerne area.

If he has to take out old concrete, he charges $7. If it is a new area, it is $5.50. Rough estimate. He would need to come give you a quote.
