Yeah, this could mean anything.

Office? Retail? Warehouse? Most commercial agents I know cover specific markets.

Exactly, the good brokers are specialized in different fields. Several good aggies in town each with their own specialty.

Got it, there are several retail specialists in town. Johnny is good and has several Aggies on his team. There are also a few independent retail guys in town with quite a bit of experience, myself included. I'll leave my number below and am always available for a discussion but would also encourage you to talk to at least 2 other brokers so you can get a feel for how each person works, verify no conflicts, and make sure your goals and personalities align.
