Any recos for great contractors to add on to my home? I live near the Brooks City Base area. My Dad isn't doing well so want to move my parents in relatively soon. I either want to add in two bedrooms or a "mother in law" type suite so they can maintain some independence.

We just closed on a house in Northwood. Plan to add ~ 400 sq. ft. to kitchen/utility/den area, gut the bathrooms and redesign, put down hardwoods everywhere except bathrooms/utility and foyer. Electrician is coming in this week. We're starting the bid process. I'll reach out to you this week.
