Now, that's worthwhile. I like it. Golf courses waste space and water. Plus, that's 188 acres of housing that won't be going in, which is nice. Now, how do we keep the ghetto out?

The golf course went under and was not coming back. The property is covered by floodplain, so this seems like a good use of it and is private dollars.
