Anyone have experience / referrals for a contractor who specializes in remodels.
Primarily interior (floors/kitchen/bath/drywall) and a net new pool house.

Looking from someone who is keeping up with the higher end trends and maybe a reference or 2.

A second for Mr. Mohseni. I called about a small bathroom remodel for MIL. Played phone tag and texts with him for a day and finally caught with each other. Very nice, and friendly. Job was just too small for him but gave me a recommendation. It was nice to see someone just out of their to follow up and then try to help…..

New floors = 9" white oak - remove all tile
Smooth all walls to level 5 and paint
new baseboards/casings
new kitchen cabinets and redesign
new MBath and 1 guest bath
Room addition

Part 2
Pool house addition w/ room and bath
resurface pool to lighter color
retile pool deck

have all original house plans and approval from HOA

Galen Valadez 210-316-8741 does incredible work including lots of remodels in the Dominion. I've spent a lot of time in his personal home near the airport, the home is beautiful and he built a wonderful outdoor kitchen and bath for his pool.
