Follow-up….these guys are great. Very professional/polite and honest! Spent about 30 minutes inside and out, and told me, if this was my house, I wouldn't do anything. No charge….was shocked. Told me just to call them next time which I sure as H will. Chalin was the owner I talked to and Dylan was the field guy.

Called them out here last week because of this thread. They did a great job and Dylan was very quiet and polite. He said something similar to me, that recommendations for yearly cleaning is overkill, and he'd come look anytime before charging us. Will be using them again!
