Family is having issues with a piece of property.
Originally property was divided 5 ways. Due to family not showing up in court for hearings etc, supposedly one member has taken control of 50% of property.
Looking for real estate attorney to assist with forensics (I guess this is the word) to see if the "50% guy" rightfully does own 50% or if he has obtained it wrongfully.
