Anyone have any recommendations for pediatricians in the NW 1604/Bandera area? We are having our first child in April and need to find a good one. We used the TexAgs OBGYN recommendation for Dr. Novak at the Women's Center near Stone Oak and have been very happy so far. Thanks in advance!

ABCD Pediatrics in Stone Oak is who we've used for years, and been happy with them.

It's a big group, but all of the practitioners seem to be skilled and personable. They run an efficient clinic.

We use Dr. Korina Deleon with Children's Hospital of San Antonio(1604 & Bandera). She is an Aggie and we drive from New Braunfels to continue to use her. Oldest has seen her since her 77 day stint in the NICU and we couldn't be happier with the care she provides.

We take ours to Helotes Pediatrics; on Bandera, just inside 1604.

We have used Dr. Leah Jacobson at Through the Years Pediatrics for the past three (3) years and like her a lot plus she is an Aggie. Their office is located off of 1604/Huebner inside the loop.

We use First Steps Pediatrics at 1604 and Braun. Dr. Lantry is a no-nonsense, practical pediatrician and we have been happy with him for 11 years now. He has a strict punctuality policy so you never have to wait.

Disclaimer: he is a t-sip but we have let it slide. :-)
