We've been very happy with Mick McBride at Green Fields landscaping. He's a sole proprietor with a crew, super reliable and knows what works in this area. We had him come in and clean up a mess that a bigger company created and he was awesome! His number is 210-599-0213.
Like Kenny mentioned Taylor with Monticello is also good - we used him initially for a project (he wasn't who messed our yard up!!!) and he's also nice to work with.
