How long do you want to ignore this user?
I am currently planning a trip for ~8 of my friends to float the river in August before classes start back up. We are looking at staying 2 or 3 nights between August 14-17. I was wanting to see if anyone had any recommendations for river houses/condos before I started looking for an AirBnb?

I have floated both the Comal and the Guadalupe the last few years, so I don't really have a preference.

If anyone has any other recommendations/tips about the new beer can policy, feel free to share as well.

Thanks!

AG
The Inverness on the Comal, Garden street.

My parents have a VRBO there.

Here is why I like it.

Large deck, we have played dominoes and drank beer super late in the evening even with security roaming around as long as we didn't get too rowdy.
Direct access to and from the wtaer
Pools
large lawn is you want to set up washers or bags
shuttle service to Landa Falls is right across the street
easy walk to downtown bars

here is what I do.
Take 1 car and shuttle the crew to landa falls and park the 1 vehicle, you can take the shuttle at the end of the day and pick the car back up.
Float to the condo
Get out and have a snack, drink some can beers, hang out, play washers or bags, etc.
After a while, continue the float to the end.
Dump all toobs in the the shuttle trailer and walk to condo.
hangout, clean up for dinner, etc
sober driver takes the shuttle to retrieve car.
go out on the town.
