Just moved to the North Side (Stone Oak area) and looking for some ducks for the two year old to chase around and throw food at. Anybody have a go-to spot? The new river walk section in the Pearl area is where we go now but looking for somewhere closer.

Downtown Boerne is your best bet (River Road Park, where Main St crosses the Cibolo). Not too far away, and a good scene.

There's a small neighborhood pond at Canyon Golf Rd and Bluewater Way. I'm not sure about ducks though.
