Every Wednesday morning I am in Los Roberto's (transitioning to Los Balito's) Taco Shop @ 0530 picking up breakfast on the way to work. It is a few doors down from Hobby Lobby.

In the vicinity...on the other side of 281 in the center at Bitters and Hiemer is Miss Ellie's New York style pizza. Get the garlic knots and thank me later.

I love me some Max and Louie's Diner. Sorta a reboot of Drew's American Grill, albeit a smaller version.

Weathered Souls brewery has some great beer.

No on the sushi place but doubt it lasts

There is a sushi place across the highway from Leon Springs Dance hall that is named Yummi too that is good. Probably the same folks own it too.

That place has been a disaster since the pizza place owner got shot in the head during a robbery

This town is weird on locations and what can succeed

It definitely is a promising location due to traffic, but it does have the reverse mojo. Pho Cong/Taste of Asia packs them in. I guess I need to try Yummi before their 6 month window is done for.
