Recently I've noticed some vatos giving me a strange hand signal when I drive by them. You know how motorcycle riders do the downward wave thing, like a downward nazi salute? Well they do that, but with their thumb and pointer finger making a circle, like this:



Anyone have any idea what this means? Do they just wanna play the circle game?
