I used Brad Beard with Enercon to replace a window in our bathroom and replace several insulated glass units that had leaking seals a few years ago. Don't really have much to compare with but they did good work.

I'd just get a few quotes and see what you're comfortable with. Might be worth checking out Windows USA reviews too. I've come across some reviews for them and they seem like an option. I'd mostly pay attention to what people say about the install and follow-up service.
