I had a pipe leak behind my bathroom vanity, and the water spread into the primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. Servpro completed the initial drying, but the area still smells musty. They didn't remove any drywall, although they said their moisture readings were within an acceptable range. I wasn't completely satisfied with the work and would like a second opinion.

Does anyone have recommendations for a reputable mold inspection/remediation company and a general contractor experienced in water-damage restoration? I want to make sure everything is properly inspected and rebuilt.

I'm located in South Bryan. Thanks!

I know you will not believe me but mold is so overated and the industry has done a great job of scaring everybody about a water leak

But with that said I dont understand how your still having a mildew smell
Send me a text or pm and I can talk to you a little about it

I also have a dehumidifier that will suck the water from your neighbors house Ha. Yes it is a big one if you want to see if any water is still in the walls
