Recently completed an outdoor living area project in northeast Dallas. The scope included building a fireplace, planter walls, installing brick pavers over the existing patio, extending out the grill area, building a pergola with a standing seam roof, and painting and staining.

Good question on the hood vent. It gets routed up to a vent on a different part of the roof. We didn't want it exhausting in the same area people would be cooking and sitting in.
