Looking to buy in Spring in next 6 months. Wife and I prefer the character older homes (80's-90's) so we'll go that route. Want to have various inspectors lined up to catch as many issues as possible, especially mold, roof, pool, etc.

Looking for recommendations on the top inspectors to look at in the area. Also appreciate any lessons learned the group is willing to share!
