Should I be concerned about something leaking from the floor above? It's dry to the touch, and the drywall seems solid. There is an interior wall that separates a bedroom and bathroom directly above though, and I'm 98% certain that is where the plumbing for the tub and toilet is running.
Our MUD is hooked up to the EyeOnWater app, and it shows no leaks detected.
Or could this just happen to paint because of humidity and temperature changes in the garage?
Would like to avoid cutting holes and patching unless I have to.
TIA
