Very warm here in B/CS in early February. When should a pre-emergent be applied to St. Augustine lawns? What about fertilizer?

Wait a couple more weeks then apply pre-emergent. Assuming you applied a fall fertilizer shouldn't need a spring fertilizer until it really starts greening up and actively growing.

I love that stuff. Only use it during the fall for now, but even just a 1/4 rate app does amazing
