About to start building a small cabin/house. If you have any leftover or surplus building supplies that you are willing to part with especially larger windows, beams, lumber, rustic tin, hangers, tankless water heater, tile, cabinets, PEX pipe, electrical components, etc. Maybe we can come to an agreement or trade.
Located in BCS area but willing to travel for a good deal.
Thank you for your leftovers! God bless

This place is super popular in Waco.

P&P Surplus - Waco

Years ago my old man found it when he complained about the 'highway robbery' prices the lumberyards were charging for pine 2x4s.

He found them there for $.99/each. They looked like hell, but since we were using them to ship heavy machinery, we made them work.

My dad was a general contractor and passed several years back. We have a good bit of different things that you may have interest in. He was located in Brenham so not far if you want to come look one weekend. Good bit of drawer guides, some moulding of different types, anchor bolts, joist hangers, etc. I can see if my moms can take some pics maybe.

I drive through Brenham a lot on my way back and forth to Bellville. Thank you so much for the help. Pictures would help, but I can stop by on my way through. I am picking up a brush cutter from the area so I can start clearing the land .
It will not be long before I will be needing anchor bolts and joist hangers, etc.
