Have a home on Cedar creek lake and looking for reputable contractors that can do the entire house.. also any guess as to the cost per sqft of some thing like this?

Home is ~2500sqft and would be essentially gutting and modernizing kitchen, bathrooms etc.

Really looking for some help with contractors mostly.

I'd start at $60-100/per sq ft

If you're gonna do this the right way and not go cheap I'd say you're looking at at least $100 a square foot. This is based on our remodel from five years ago, adjusting for inflation and supply chain issues.
