For those more savvy to interior design than myself, how would you build out this office space efficiently? I'm struggling to visualize what would make sense, as this is not my strong suit. Dimensions are rough, and floor plan is shoddy, as I threw this together in 5 minutes based upon some dimensions from a realtor over the phone, but relatively accurate. They don't have a proper floor plan, and I need to have some walls put up to create a few office spaces/conference rooms. As it sits, it is currently a big room with a bathroom in the corner, with bare concrete floors. This is a blank canvas.

Space is 850 sq. ft. We need a couple offices/conference rooms, and one storage room. I'd love to hear some insight on what I should be considering. Thanks

Correct. The only natural light in the space is from the exterior glass front door.

What type of work is this where you need two offices and two conference rooms?

phones, lan, projectors, lights, doors, cubicles?

Does it need a reception and/or waiting area?

Kinda of difficult to have a useful conference room if that's the entrance to the office.

Also, if you pull the doors to the offices closer to the front of the offices you would have more storage space. No reason the doors can't be opposite each other.

Nice. What software did you use to draw this? Thanks.

Ideally yes. I would have a receptionist greeting clients that come to visit, and then we would have our meeting in the conference room. In reality what I refer to as a conference room is really just another office. It's just a designated space that doesn't have a desk in it with more of a sitting area. This is kind of what I had in mind. 2 12x12 offices, one 9x12 smaller office for a staff, one 7x9 storage room, then the open area for reception.

Not having any windows is a real bummer, and it may be enough to make me pass on this.
