Anyone have some good recommendations?

I think we would prefer smaller outfits as opposed to larger companies who are running large amounts of projects as the same time. However we are open to any and all suggestions or referrals. We own the lot near Stratford HS and looking to build custom.

My wife has worked extensively with the owners Sterling Builders on interior design stuff and I've been in some of their homes and they are top notch. Be happy to pm my wife's name so you can say she sent you.

Over the years I financed several custom homes built by Derek James Homes. One of the owners is an Aggie. Every one of my clients was pleased.
