Front porch gets extremely slick after a rain and looking to add a transparent sealer with non-skid 'grip' texture to prevent slipping. Has anyone tackled a similar project and/or have recommendations on particular products to use?

I ran across this product, TracSafe Anti-Slip Sealer, which seems to fit the bill and is readily avaiable at HD and Lowe's - would this work? https://daichcoatings.com/shop/tracsafe-anti-slip-sealer/

FWIW the porch was part of a new build in 2009. Unsure of the type of sealer used and there has not been any re-application of the stain or sealer since then.

Any guidance would be much appreciated!

No thoughts on the product, however, if you are going to make any changes, touchups, etc. to the coloring, do it before you lock it down with a new coat of sealer.

Looks like you have some worn spots and places where the original brush stokes are showing.

It was probably a solvent based acrylic sealer. If doing "DYI" clean existing surface, find a good solvent based acrylic, mix with shark grip (sherwin williams), and roll on a thin coat. Area looks pretty worn. New coat of sealer should "brighten up" porch
