I'm looking to convert my current 3 car detached garage to a large outdoor living area. It was built by the original home owner and it almost sits right in the middle of the property and cuts off half of the backyard. I want to build a new detached garage to the side of the house and closer to the property line. Does anyone have any recent projects or ideas to share? It can be a metal building and doesn't necessarily need to match the house.

Just looking for some garage ideas to help my process.
