We have just bought a home with a pool. The pool deck is in good shape but, cosmetically, could use a little work. Is there a coating or paint that can be applied that will not start flaking off in a few years?

Have you used a product you would recommend or avoid?

We have the same issue, except ours does not look good right now and it appears in the past some type of cool deck coating was applied? Following to see the responses here.

I used Dyco Pool deck. There are better products out there, but that is what was on previously so I stayed with it. Has held up fairly well, but like all things you have to prep the deck meticulously first. It stays cool. Be wary of pressure washing too hard as it will come off.
