I'm going to be getting a shop built but looking to finance it if possible to save the cash. Any thoughts or recommendations on types of loans that could do this outside of personal loans? Our house is newer so don't have too much equity to pull out from either.

Second question is has anyone ever finished out a metal building to turn into a conditioned game room? I've been looking into both red iron and metal tubing style buildings for this so any recommendations at all would be helpful!

Most engineers prefer Mueller, most framers prefer Morton that takes framing nails

Some manufacturers such as Mueller offer in house financing. Of course, that just covers the material and not the installation or any interior buildout. How about a HELOC or something like that?

I'd go red iron or stick built. The tube buildings aren't really rated/designed for any kind of occupancy.
