I have a zoned system downstairs with two ducts serving each zone. One damper in Zone A appears to be stuck open resulting in lower air flow when Zone B only is running. Other than longer cooling times for Zone B, is the lower air flow a problem? Is it actually dehumidifying more?

If needed, I can increase the fan speed for Zone B until I fix the damper.
