I suspect I have a water leak either under the foundation or between the house and meter (no real wet spots anywhere). The meter showed about 90 gallons used in 8 hours last night while we were sleeping. Will an isolation be able to show where, or it that purely showing drainage?

Is your leak indicator spinning/showing on the meter?

If you do have isolation, it will definitely help to narrow down where a leak could be by closing valves and seeing where it is still spinning.

ETA - I'm not sure what you mean by "purely showing drainage"?

Shut the valves off to your toilets and see if the meter spins! If not, you may have a toilet issue based on that small amount of water. Something to help troubleshoot the issue!
