Tenants are moving out and I have a new one moving in, I'll have a window here in a few weeks I would like to retile a 2nd floor bathroom ~75sq ft as well as the kitchen ~90sqft.

Also would like up clean up a few drywall areas and redo the shower wall as right now I have concrete board on top of drywall in the shower…

Yeah, huge amounts of people in Houston don't even know that people call it that and pretty much no one outside of Houston would ever know what Eado is...
