How would you recommend I remove this? I have a pressure washer but it didn't work. Do I need to use bleach? Any tips on how to apply it?

How/why is the mildew there? Sprinkler hitting it?

There are masonry cleaners you can use. 5 gal bucket and a scrub brush on a stick.

Yes the sprinklers are hitting it. Turned the sprinklers off all winter and the spot remained, so the brick isn't just wet.

Brick and the mortar are porous so the mildew/algae isn't just on the surface. The pressure washer can only get to the surface though. You're going to need some bleach or other chemical to mill mildew/algae. A scrub brush will help, but might take several soaking applications.

And you need to adjust the sprinklers or it will just come back.

Buy 1/4 sprinkler heads then kill the bricks with bleach. Make sure the bleach doesn't get on the ground.

We hired a guy to power wash out driveway and sidewalks. He swore by this product to clean moss and mildew from our Austin stone.
