Noticed that at both the junctions at the inlet to my pool pump and exit of my sand filter that I have water dripping after all the cold weather.

Quick search of TFP forums seems to suggest that cold temps can loosen the junction. The suggestion was to open them up, add some lube to the packing and reseal…tapping as you tighten.

Anyone else noticing this?

Is the junction leaking or the pipe sweating?

My pool water finally dropped to a point where it is cooler than the air now that it warmed back up.

Makes the pipes sweat.

it's worth trying it out. That way you can inspect to see if there are any cracks in there.
