It covers custom blend fertilizer, preemergent weed control, post emergent weed control, lawn damaging insect controll, brown patch suppressant, access to their monthly newsletter and free service calls. The offer is valid for yards up to 8000 square feet. The offer is valid for 6 rounds for Bermuda/zoysia or 7 rounds for San Augustine.
I am asking $200. I live in Pebble Creek.

I won this at a drawing at pebble Creek Country Club. I could use it but have always done my own yard using organic methods (just a personal preference).

Or maybe just have them topdress with compost instead of fertilizer?

As long as it's comparable value I can't imagine they would care.

I highly doubt that package is worth $80-100 per treatment. That is the biggest rip off if true and is not consistent with the current market.

Your price is much closer to retail for the services described.
