I haven't but I'm close to trying this. Vacuuming only one part of one room at a time is a pain.

I just bought an off-brand battery off Amazon and swapped it out. Works great.

Batteries Plus rebuilds a lot of common batteries, so that may be an option as well.

Well, I just spent $20 to get the old Dyson up and running again using my Milwaukee batteries. Will report back!

I worry that the Chinese modifications parts will be a fire hazard.

What converter did you use for Milwaukee? You use the M12 or M18?
