Friend asked me if I thought it was possible to take this image (this is the clearest version I found). He wants it enlarged into a print that he can put underneath his plexiglass bar counter in his outdoor mancave. Guessing with it being so grainy already that there would be no way it would turn out nicely enlarged to a 20x20 inch?

Go to fiverr.com and search for "Vector Tracing". You can pay someone to convert the image to a vector format, which is able to be enlarged to however large you want it. That is a pretty complex image, so that may go into consider of how much someone will charge you for it.
