Anyone have one installed and did it make a big difference in how cool the house stays?

Thinking about getting one because it was a little too warm in our house this summer. Just curious if a barrier was worth it.

Thanks

Super reasonable price and an easy install. Put it up at least on the western portion of your home. I did notice my A/c not struggling as much during peak summer season, but I don't have exact numbers on how much I saved.

Another good thing about the foil is it better assists your air flow from your soffit vents to your roof exhaust.

Used the same, back in 2010. 2-story with a massive cathedral attic, used to get close to 140, now only gets to about +5 ambient, maybe +8 on the hottest days. No specific savings numbers but I'm sure dramatically reduced the heat load into the house. I add a few new soffits as well that I could reach.

^ Same results as above. It made a massive improvement. The only dowiside was that since the A/C ran a lot less and was effectively oversized, less moisture was pulled from the air indoors and humidity started running a bit high.
