What's the best and most cost effective way to fill in a void cavity under my driveway BEFORE the driveway starts to give?

Before you fill it in you should figure out how to divert the water so it doesn't continue to washout. This will inevitably continue to occur if you don't. Consider a French drain and/or gutters on your house to move the water drainage away from this area.

The engineer in past would specify a concrete slurry and how-to for a top conc.labor crew after all is leveled and drainage re-directed (as per above advice).

Today's world has shown some success with foam that pros know how to apply to both lift & support ... for how long IDK. Drainage not to be ignored.

Was this a spec.house, other?
