So after service man came by...I need a fan motor...which is apparently covered on my home warranty ....I need to double check that though.

At least I wasn't sold a new unit.

In case you end up still needing someone - I had a good experience with Jeremy at Air Woodlands A/C and Heating. Smaller shop and Jeremy oversees all his installs.

I use F.A. A/C and Heating. I just had them out to replace a fan motor on one of my units. Came out to look in the morning, replaced the motor that same afternoon. It is a father/son duo and are nice guys. 713-377-0141. They are out of Spring.

So the part came in and replaced today. Seems like a long time to order that part.
