Just bought a 2-story house in Memorial West.

Whole house needs to be painted. The bigger problem is that the east and west vertical gable walls have hardie that is simply nailed to the framing with no sheathing underneath. You can see daylight in the attic, which is obviously not good for keeping water, bugs and rodents out. I need someone who can correct that (pull siding, sheath, and re-install).
