You might consider a shorter term to get out of the summer renewal cycle. We did and rates are usually lower in the cold months. That said, who knows - could be higher later. We did a 36 month on our house early this year - if there is a miraculous drop in the future, we'll just pay the cancellation.

We have rental properties & sometimes I have to do month to month plans for make ready & showings. Luckily we generally rent pretty fast, but those rates are insane. Right now I have 2 going at 16.4. Ugh.

Probably just hit that X on TexAgs if you think this is a dumb question.

I went with Energy Ogre and had then shop plans for me. I proved to myself over 35 years I wasn't disciplined enough to keep up on Power to choose website.

Energy Ogre saved me app 40%, others that converted when I did have had similar results. Well worth the $10/month they charge IMO.

Others will disagree, which is fine. I've been with them 3-4 years and am totally satisfied.
