A lady on Nextdoor is offering this red yucca for free to anyone who wants to come dig it up. I've always wanted one, and it seem like ones that size can get pretty pricy.
Before I take the effort of digging, is it worth the time and sweat to dig and transplant? Has anyone done so successfully? From what I'm reading online, it seems like I can trim back the outside and then dig up, it might take 6 months to settle but should be fine later on and continue growing.
Thanks for any thoughts.
