House is ~7 years old and the builder installed dozens of LED disk lights where you might have traditionally seen recessed lighting.

They work great and seem to last... almost everywhere. I have two circuits, though, where I've had multiple (all) of the lights fail over time. I've even had replacement lights fail on those circuits. Nowhere else in the house (including on the porches) have I had a single light go bad.

Am I crazy to think there must be something going on with those circuits? The lights are pretty cheap but a bit of a PITA to swap out on the high ceilings.

Any thoughts as to what might be going on or how I can troubleshoot this?

A lot of factors to consider, but it does seem like it's specific to those lights. Could be a simple issue. Could be complex.

I'd start with some low hanging fruit:
- Are these installed with other loads on the same circuit breaker that make them unique? Ie computers, fridge/freezers, etc.
- Are they installed in a cavity that differs from the other lights, such as a sloped ceiling that follows the roofline vs a conventional ceiling? This might contribute to some heat factors
- Any chance all the lights that haven't failed are installed on one phase, and the lights that have are on the other phase? Maybe there is noise on one side that's not present on the other. On nearly all panels, Phase 1 would be breakers 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 17, 18, 21, 22, etc. Phase 2 would be 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 15, 16, 19, 20, 23, 24, etc.

I appreciate the response. I'll dig into it more when I get home.

Ben usually knows what to ask & the answers here

Checking reviews would be a good idea if you suspect cheap is best for a spec.house build,
as I do. Have been replacing lamps with LED here and so far, hit&miss impressions.
Better experiences with the lamped fixtures, like you have.
Believe the shortcut would be to relamp w/quality or better yet, replace units with quality.

In right filed would be surge protection or 130v rated units/lamps.

Thanks, y'all. I pulled the cover off the breaker box and found a good bit of slack on several of the neutral legs, including on both of these circuits. Tightened all of that up. Nothing else pulling on those circuits, just empty outlets and led fixtures. Single story home and nothing unusual about the location of these lights re: heat. I'm replacing with American made, commercial grade stuff so I'm hoping maybe this will solve the riddle.

ETA: I also went ahead and pulled the quick connects out of the switches and rewired those properly.
