Just had our driveway poured Friday morning (I'll follow up with a detailed post once I know final cost).

Anyways we've been running sprinklers Friday and Saturday. How long should we continue to run sprinklers for? Concrete really only mentioned the last two days but most things online say 5-7 days.

Completely unnecessary.

The concrete has the proper water content when it left the batch plant. It's May, there isn't really significant concern for evaporation, and even then that's only for the first few hrs, maybe 24 at the very most.

To satisfy our foundation structural engineer, also Prof, Const.Sci TAMU I lend to you the section on Curing that comes from our boilerplate. Note that if you had paid extra for checmical curing compounds, then you would follow mfr. instructions, which are much EZier. The funny quip that goes will all = just water what you don't want to crack.

Tip: in Aggieland, some had success & lower water bills by using soaker hoses flooding surfaces under poly
