It really just depends on the project. Contractors typically require something up front to procure material. It's hard to say what it would be without having an idea of what the project is.

Getting a room enclosed and some doors installed, not a huge job, around $4,600.

10x20 add on to house. Wanting to add a bathroom, laundry facilities. Existing bedroom/bathroom remodel/redesign.
