What's a good fungicide to use for this kind of white fungus growing on the fence?

I could be wrong, but I think the white part of that fence is actually just weathered wood that doesn't have green algae in on it. I have no option for preventing any of it but that fence can be power washed and make it all go away. I'd probably use JoMax with it as well but I don't know if that's technically ok for it. I think it would be though.

I know BoraCare will help prevent rot and fungus but I don't know if it will prevent anything on the surface of the fence. Maybe power wash and then spray that on it and see if it keeps it from happening again?

Boracare is exactly what I was thinking as well.
