We live in Katy and got some hail yesterday. Our roof is 9 years old. Can u recommend a honest roof inspector who can inspect our roof? I feel if we get it done from a roofing company, they would suggest replacement even if its not needed. Can we use a home inspector to inspect our roof? Thanks

You can give me a call and I can walk you through this. I've helped out more than a few Ags, and they don't all have 'destroyed' roofs as some of the roofers will say. If I am going to advise a customer to make a claim, I back it up with photos and explanation for them. Your suspicion is generally right after a storm, these guys will come in from everywhere and if they talk to 100 customers and tell them all to make a claim, even ones without damage will get paid for occasionally.
