EDIT: Ignore this for now... I was messing with the wrong valve all along. dammit.

So last year I was able to fix zones not working by replacing the bladder/valve doohickey (HUNTER SRV valve) and was a hero to all... well to myself and my wife.

This year zone 4, last zone is not working.
I replaced the bladder and the solenoid, still no joy.

I watched a video where they guy said, turn the solenoid a quarter turn and that should release water.
Well that's not working but I'm not sure if I have to have power on and that zone activated for that work. I tried it both ways but still nothing.

I don't have a multimeter handy and that maybe what I need

But if turning the solenoid a quarter turn doesn't cause water to flow, where should I look for that issue?

alright found the right valve.
turning it a quarter inch releases no water, but doing that on all the other 3 zones works.

probably will start with valve/bladder thing first.

I'll keep everyone updated as I'm sure you are all riveted by this adventure

So once I had time to work on the right valve for that zone I got it working with new solenoid. $9 fix
